Privacy Policy

This website belongs to pianist and composer Marietta Gormezano, Herzliya, Israel. It is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy is written to meet the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Marietta Gormezano is responsible for your information. For any privacy question or request: marcom18@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), the topic and your message.
• Technical logs: like any website, the hosting server records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation.

You are not legally required to give us any details. Without an email address, however, we cannot reply to you.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry about lessons, performances, press or anything else.
• If you chose "Join the mailing list" — to send you occasional news about new music and concerts. You can ask to stop at any time.

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent and the steps you asked us to take. We do not use your details for profiling, do not sell them and do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who receives it

• The form is delivered to Marietta's email account (Gmail, operated by Google), which may store data on servers outside Israel.
• The website is hosted by Star Communications & Entrepreneurship Ltd. (Israel). The form itself is not stored on the server.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in Marietta's email only as long as needed to handle them and stay in touch, and are deleted on request. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.

Cookies and third parties

• This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tracking.
• Your language choice (English/Hebrew) is remembered in your own browser only (local storage) and is never sent to us.
• Fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
• Photos and album artwork are loaded from Spotify's image server (i.scdn.co), which receives your IP address as part of the request.
• The Spotify player loads only if you click it. Spotify may then set its own cookies, under Spotify's privacy policy.
• Links to Spotify, YouTube and Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop receiving updates. Under the GDPR you may also object to processing, ask for a copy of your data and complain to your local data protection authority; in Israel you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority. Write to marcom18@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form is protected against automated spam.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site. It was built to follow the Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA: a keyboard-usable layout with a "skip to content" link and visible focus, text alternatives for images, labelled form fields, sufficient color contrast, page language marked for screen readers (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), and respect for "reduce motion" settings. The embedded Spotify player is a third-party service and its accessibility is managed by Spotify. If something on the site is hard for you to use, please write to marcom18@gmail.com and we will help and fix it. Accessibility statement updated: 4 November 2026.

האתר שייך לפסנתרנית והמלחינה מריאטה גורמזנו, הרצליה. הוא בנוי כך שייאסף בו כמה שפחות מידע אישי. המדיניות נכתבה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות (כולל תיקון 13) ולתקנות הגנת המידע של האיחוד האירופי (GDPR).

מי אחראית על המידע

מריאטה גורמזנו אחראית על המידע שלכם. לכל שאלה או בקשה בנושא פרטיות: marcom18@gmail.com.

איזה מידע נאסף

• טופס יצירת קשר: שם, אימייל, טלפון (לא חובה), נושא הפנייה וההודעה.
• נתונים טכניים: כמו בכל אתר, שרת האחסון רושם נתונים טכניים בסיסיים (כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, עמודים שנצפו) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.

אין חובה חוקית למסור את הפרטים. בלי כתובת אימייל, עם זאת, לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.

למה המידע משמש

• כדי לענות לפנייה שלכם: שיעורים, הופעות, עיתונות או כל נושא אחר.
• אם בחרתם "הצטרפות לרשימת התפוצה" — כדי לשלוח לכם מדי פעם עדכונים על מוזיקה חדשה והופעות. אפשר לבקש להפסיק בכל עת.

איננו משתמשים במידע ליצירת פרופילים, לא מוכרים אותו ולא מעבירים אותו לאף גורם לצורכי שיווק.

מי מקבל את המידע

• הטופס נשלח לתיבת המייל של מריאטה (Gmail, שמופעל על ידי Google), שעשויה לשמור מידע בשרתים מחוץ לישראל.
• האתר מאוחסן אצל סטאר תקשורת ויזמות בע״מ. הטופס עצמו לא נשמר בשרת.

כמה זמן המידע נשמר

הפניות נשמרות בתיבת המייל של מריאטה רק כל עוד יש בהן צורך לטיפול ולהמשך הקשר, ונמחקות לפי בקשה. יומני השרת נשמרים אצל ספק האחסון לתקופה מוגבלת.

עוגיות (Cookies) וצדדים שלישיים

• האתר לא שומר עוגיות, ואין בו כלי ניתוח או מעקב פרסומי.
• בחירת השפה (עברית/אנגלית) נשמרת רק בדפדפן שלכם ולא נשלחת אלינו.
• הגופנים נטענים מהאתר עצמו, לא מגוגל.
• התמונות ועטיפות האלבומים נטענות משרת התמונות של Spotify ‏(i.scdn.co), שמקבל את כתובת ה־IP שלכם כחלק מהבקשה.
• הנגן של Spotify נטען רק אם לוחצים עליו. במקרה כזה Spotify עשויה לשמור עוגיות משלה, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות של Spotify.
• הקישורים ל־Spotify, ל־YouTube ולפייסבוק מובילים לאתרים שלהם, שיש להם מדיניות משלהם.

הזכויות שלכם

אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לתקן או למחוק אותו, או להפסיק לקבל עדכונים. אפשר גם לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות. כתבו ל־marcom18@gmail.com, ונענה תוך 30 יום.

האתר פועל בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), והטופס מוגן מפני ספאם אוטומטי.
